After multi-decade year old conflict, bloodshed and court cases, finally the Hindus will be able to see Lord Ram’s temple in Ram Janmabhoomi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on August 5 at 12.15 PM at Ram Janmabhoomi. After that the Ram Mandir construction will begin as per the plan.
Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath will also visit Ayodhya on Saturday to review the preparations for the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Ram Mandir construction.
Members of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirath Kshetra Trust Mahant have said the bhumi pujan will take place on ‘Abhijit Muhurta’, which is the most auspicious time to lay the foundation stone of Ram Mandir.
Amidst the COVID-19 China Virus pandemic and to ensure maximum social distancing at the ceremony, the committee has decided that there will not be more than 200 people, including 150 invitees at the foundation stone laying ceremony.
Before laying the foundation stone for the Ram Mandir construction, PM Modi will offer prayers to Lord Ram at the temple and Lord Hanuman at Hanuman Garhi Temple in Ayodhya.
The ‘Ram Lalla’ idol was shifted to a temporary structure near Manas Bhawan in Ram Janmabhoomi premises in March this year till the completion ram mandir construction.
The Supreme Court directed the Center in November last year to hand over the site at Ayodhya for the construction of a Ram temple. The Prime Minister had announced on February 5 the formation of a trust for Ram Mandir Construction in Ayodhya.
